Install:

Place the "Engine.ini" and "Scalability.ini" (If you choose the "No Shadows and Tweaks" mod you will have the second file "Scalability.init) file at this address and replace:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows
