Engine config file to disable vignette, chromatic aberration, lens distortion, and motion blur. Plus optional extras.
Optional Extras:

Installation:
Manually extract the zip to: %LOCALAPPDATA%\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows\
Unfortunately, this game does not work properly with symlinks, so I had to disable the config file and save game installers for the Vortex extension.
