This ini tweak force the game to use the UE5 Virtual Shadowmap instead of the default shadows
This will result in a more sharp and detailed shadows with less shimmery in motion.
Please note that this tweak is quite heavy in performance cost, you'll loose from 10 to 15 fps in the forest at the start of the game, and around 5 to 10 depending of the scenes. It's your choice to use it or not, SH2 is alrady a heavy game by itself.
You can still change the shadows settings in game with this enabled and it will keep the Virtual Shadowmap enbled so you can reduce the performance hit while loosing in quality, I actually suggest using medium since you can barely tell the difference.
This tweak work with and without RT enabled, since the game does not use hardware RT shadows anyway.
