You can enable FSR frame generation by following these steps.
1. Download and unzip Engine.ini 2. Navigate to where your config is saved. This is normally C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows 3. Replace Engine.ini with the download one. 4. Select the "FSR 3.0 Supersampling" option under Display & Graphics.
