Reduces the artificial rim lighting on James, Maria and/or items. Offers three presets.

An alternative to SilverEzredes' No Sweet FX Lights, which disables the rim lighting on James and Maria. This one doesn't outright disable it, only reduces it so there's more cohesion between James and his surroundings.
If you want more/less rim lighting I can edit it in.
Optionally, you can disable the rim lights on pickable items like health drinks and ammo. If I missed an item, shout it out and I'll add it.
Installation:
Unzip the file into Silent Hill 2/SHProto/Content/Paks
