put the Engine.ini in C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows\
UE5 virtual shadowmaps are a lot sharper than regular shadowmaps at the base, and get gradually blurrier as they get further away from the caster.
This is pretty good for screenshots.
Ray reconstruction uses AI to clean up traced rays
Doesn't do much else, vignette, chrome ab, and DOF are all unaffected.
