The rain in this game is way too thick so its hard to see in dark rainy environments. This mod makes it thinner and more easy to play.
Pick out of 2 Versions:
Main Version: Makes the raindrops smaller, keeps transparency
Mild version: Makes the raindrops more transparent, keeps the size (Less Sight than Main but still better than vanilla)
Installation:
Extract files inside SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Silent Hill 2\SH2proto\Content\Paks\~mods (create the ~mods folder)
