In addition to the poorly written English description that I could barely read, it doesn't mention that you need to go to the game's SETTINGS > GAMEPLAY and change Control Style to TANK, otherwise, you won't be able to control the character properly, but other than that, this mod is god's work, totally awesome! I'm playing Signalis for the first time and I was merely looking for some QoL mods like skip intro and then I've found this gem. It's the third game consecutively that I'm playing where mods use MelonLoader or BepinEX, I'm getting really use to it haha
P.S. The reason I decided to play Signalis, it's because many people were commenting in SOMA videos how Signalis is similar, which it is not, if anything, comparing Signalis to SOMA only makes Signalis look like a ridiculous game, with no voice lines, a weak BGM and barely an interesting story, the gameplay is truly what's keeping me hooked and I'm really liking it, so just don't compare simple games like this to true masterpieces, ok? :) It'd be like comparing Luigi's Mansion to Fatal Frame or some roblox horror game to Silent Hill lol
Thanks for the tip, but I don’t understand why you feel the need to insult the uploader ("poorly written English description") and the game. If you don’t like the story or BGM, that’s understandable, but please don’t compare Signalis to Soma. Both are very good games and unique from each other, including gameplay, story, and BGM. Also, Signalis isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and it’s common for people to find the story confusing, but it’s actually deeper than you might think if you pay more attention to it
Again, please don’t compare one game to another. Also, The game having no voice lines doesn't make it bad. The melancholic piano melodies don't mean it weak. And the Girls' love story with Lovecraftian horror doesn't mean it's not interesting.

SO IT TURNS OUT YOU NEED TO SWITCH TO TANK CONTROLS IN GAMEPLAY SETTINGS AND DISABLE ENEMY EFFECTS IN GRAPHICS. I ALSO LIKE TO DISABLE MOUSE AIMING SO YOUR MOUSE DOESN'T APPEAR ON SCREEN.

@Wizzyhatg 1 year ago If anybody runs into an issue where F1/F2 do nothing and you see the console error message "melonloader is unable to AngledCamera", reinstall melonloader, uncheck 'latest', and select V0.5.7 instead of 0.6. This will solve the problem
I'm not quite sure what's going on. I installed the mod, but for some reason, no matter what settings I change, mouse input is completely ignored, and it also absolutely refuses to go into the "DMC" camera style no matter how much I mash the + button on my keyboard.
First and third person work, except as I said, the mouse does nothing, and whenever I go into first or third person, any time I press the spacebar, the camera almost like, juts downwards and doesn't go back until I switch camera angles again.
For DMC camera style, try the numpad + For mouse, it works with settings like "tank style" controls and turn off enemy effect rendering. But mouse look works only in first person and it stops working once you use third peson camera
hello! when playing in first person, the mod works as intended as long as you only use the vertical camera axis, or moving will be hell since tank controls follow the camera. though, i have found a bug: when switching to third person, the camera doesn't work anymore, even when switching back to first person; to make it work again, the game needs to be restarted completely by closing it, loading the save again will not work. now, i don't know if not being able to move the camera altogether in the third person mode is a wanted feature, as aiming is not too easy without the vertical axis; tho, the fact that switching to it messes up first person too is a bit not convenient. the mod works flawlessly apart from these two little things, thank you for constant updates!

It's all very strange.

though, i have found a bug: when switching to third person, the camera doesn't work anymore, even
