Reskin of Elster's outfit 1 that uses Cristiferbeast's Signalis Universal Reskin mod
To install:
5: download the files, and make sure you have SURS set up properly
1: unpack and put the .pngs the SURSLibrary folder inside the mods folder, and replace the default one
2: Enjoy. To use just press R + S, and either be in the second part of the game or use debug to change into outfit 1
I'd advise keeping a copy of the original elster_armored_texture.png somewhere in case you grow bored of it.
NOTE: to use debug mode, you can press F7 and type "ausruinen" and hit enter. then type "outfit 1" and you'll change into the armor.
