A moveset overhaul based off the Khalt Method fighting style from Absolver

Welcome to my first moveset mod! I'd like to thank Velindain for helping me through some of the harder to understand parts of moveset modding, without his help I wouldn't have been able to get this finished!
As you can probably guess, it's based off the Khalt Method style from Absolver; I tried to find as many attacks that matched actual Khalt attacks for the moveset!
The moveset is fairly straightforward, utilizing a lot of heavy hitting elbow/knee strikes and uppercuts. It's designed more to be fun than completely balanced, but your mileage may vary. It also features some additional combo transitions for extended fights!
