   For Steam user the folder is : Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Pirates!\custom

   Can you make a file for JUST the ships like the title? I don't want to change the main character.

      You can actually not put that file in since it's all loose, then you don't have to worry about it.

   The main character now has a beard. However, in the system/game option menus, his head icon (i.e., "Personal Status") does not have the beard. It would be nice if his head/menu icon is consistent with how he looks like during the game.
