To install, place this mod's CustomEyebrows folder in your BepInEx\plugins folder beside the CustomEyebrows.dll.
Textures for this mod were taken from the Skyrim mod SG Female Eyebrows by hellosanta. On that page, it is says:
If you want to use my textures in your mod and want to release the mod somewhere, credit me then notify me of your mod after the release.
