Better Textures for Shenmue (Standalone version)

"Better Textures" is an overhaul HD texture mod for Shenmue. Most of the textures included have 2k/4k resolution (or more!).
This texture pack is an stand-alone version that doesn’t need any third-party tool to work. You’ll only need to copy and paste some files to get this to work, that’s all! To achieve this, I have used the SDTextureOverride method explained in Shenmuedojo forums.
Better Textures tries to replace most of the textures with HD ones. Elements such as the foliage, trees, plants, terrain, walls, fauna, buildings, etc have been retextured in high definition.
My goal throughout this project is to remain true to the original visuals and artistic Yu Suzuki vision, so I continually refer back to the original texture assets to ensure this, respecting the texture colorimetry and patterns with which Yu Suzuki envisioned his game.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Unzip the file and copy the extracted content (mods folder and archives folder) into sm1 folder.
It is recommended to install Forklift if you want to see the new HD retextured pigeons and Timex Watch Strap
included in this pack. Otherwise, pigeons and Ryo's watch strap will
have low-def vanilla textures.
Don't forget to DELETE ANY PREVIOUS VERSION of my mod before installing the last version.
For better results, It is recommended to force anisotropic filtering x16
from your graphic card control panel and raising supersampling
percentage in Shenmue Graphic options to avoid flickering from remaining
low-definition textures.

-Added Dojo interior and basement, Bar Yokosuka and tattoo Parlor interiors.
-Added more HD textures to Hazuki garden.
-Restored trademarks: Coca-cola, Fanta, Sprite, Georgia Coffee, Timex clock, Glenfiddich, Old Camel Bourbon (replaces Dromedary branding), GONG HE XXI Filter Cigarettes.
-Added HD Coca-cola vending machines, HD alcohol bottles in all Bar/Pubs.
- Added HD Potato chips bag texture, Super Goal Poster, Out of order Vending machine in front of Abe Store with Segata Sanshiro advertising Real Gold drink.

- Added HD scrolls in Dojo and Hazuki's house.
