About this mod
A DLL that replaces files inside a folder called "mods". Useful for texture modding, model replacements, and other basic mods.

DLL Usage
To use this loader, you need to inject the DLL.
Simply extract both DLLs in the zip archive to your Shenmue folder. The xinput DLL is a proxy DLL that loads Forklift. Forklift will load every time afterwards thanks to that proxy DLL.
Modding Usage
To use this to mod the game, create a folder called "mods" inside the Shenmue directory. Add all files with the correct filenames and the correct file structures. You can look at https://wulinshu.raymonf.me for some filenames and hashes.
Compatibility
The hook has addresses for Shenmue 1 and 2, 1.00 to 1.07.
Server Details (Pseudo-telemetry)
With version 1.0.6b, hash crowdsourcing has been fully removed. Thank you to everyone who has helped to contribute to our hash database over the years!
GUI or Non-GUI?
Starting with v1.1.0, Forklift comes in two versions: GUI and non-GUI. If you want to just run mods, the non-GUI version will be better for you!
The GUI version includes the Forklift Manager, which is a handy UI that lets you toggle modded files on and off at will. You can toggle the Forklift Manager with the F12 key, and toggle Forklift entirely with the F11 key. The GUI version requires Windows 8 or newer.
