This means that Street, District and Business names are random while Building Names or Plot Names are permanent and should be the same no matter the playthrough. This Map Was made with Nova's Density in conjunction with the Ingame City Editor

You can Be a Hobo or Streetwalker it doesn't matter You have a potential home here. With a Population of 567 and Growing we hope to meet you soon!

History
After hurricane Bob ravaged most of new England it struck the south United Atlantic States, Flooding New Orleans and Sinking most of Louisiana. In turn Starch Cola decided to Build New Cities on top of the old ones whilst raising the city floor 100 meters. Starch Kola managed to Restore most cities like Crecent in 3 years. With the new look most cites shed their old names in favor of new ones. Baton Rouge becoming Rouge and New Orleans becoming Crecent for example.
