There were very few vanilla portraits in Shadowrun Returns that wore law enforcement outfits. Shadowrun Electric proudly presents a treat for the Shadowrunner community: 32 character portraits for Lonestar NPCs (or cops in general). These are original creations and they are free to use. I just humbly ask to credit Shadowrun Electric if you use them in your UGC.
They are named using the game's stardard convention npc_<race><gender>_<description>
Just drop the art/ folder in your UGC's main folder or pick the individual pictures you want and drop them in your art/portraits folder, and they'll be ready to use in the Editor. Works for any game in the Harebrained Schemes trilogy.
Do not ask me how to use them as player character portraits. There is a tutorial somewhere on how to do that.
