story:
Blackout - no memory left - takes place in the German Ruhrplex Area (non canon-story) and is about a mercenary having lost his memory, awaking at the docks before drowning to death.
Knowing nothing about the present situation, or your past, you have to look for your future:
-staying alive, as you and your companion are being hunted
-finding shelter, money, equipment
-finding people you can trust and that trust you
-protecting them, protect yourself, finding out what was going on...

Will be more on story/conversation and some humor.
If you want a bloody battle, play scene '004-RockazPlace' where the Gang-war will start.

character: major change from now on (0.2.3)!
this will be now with default character. I better write a nice story around a known character,
than having to deal with gender/race/archetype -combination that won't fit.
(Hey, you infiltrated the humanis club in the past? Nice job...for an ork!)
And I don't have to write teasing/flirting/maybe romance? with female and male npc.
So the character will be human, male, (maybe cybered) with base attributes/skills, that can still
transform him into an physical adept/shaman/mage with gained karma.
You know the editor, '[x] allows character import' is easy set.

requirements:
ShadowrunReturns 1.2+ with Dragonfall

development status:
- contains: 7 Scenes with about 2.x hours of playtime up to now
- conversation options are visible, even if they can't be used (for testing)
- some shortcuts ingame (see longplay, Vault_of_Magic)

development goals:
- focus on story (s. below) instead of karma
- interactable npc's with backgrounds
- building up a hideout/basement/warehouse as center of operation
- no hiring of runners, but winning their loyality/alliance, or getting people from loyal streetgangs
Depending on morale/like/dislike some companions may not appear, others might work against the
main character, or even try to kill him one day
- playing it without getting one point of karma and still be happy about it, as you have enjoyed a nice story... Will receive karma, of course! A bit ;-)

about DESF and this Blackout-story:
- based upon the Blackout-character of one of my books (non-canon-shadowrun/cyberpunk)
- plenty of storyline available including side-stories for runners/companions that will all come to one big, nasty end. Beginning side-storyline for 1st. companion can be already read ingame.
Plenty of other Runners/companions on paper, that will integrate seamless into the story and bring their own background/stories etc. into the main-story-line
- lots of ideas, hidden humor, story-things etc. available
