About this mod

After that last job, laying low seemed like a good idea and a Johnson sitting nearby overhearing your plight offers up an apartment in the Barrens to do just that.

=== Important change ===

A taxi kiosk was added to the lobby which can end the game if you want which also acts as a kludge for saving your character -- it also bypasses the multiple endings, but you still get one if you go this way. It's also ONE WAY so if you think you haven't done everything yet, you might want to hold off on clicking it.

==============

Even the best need a place to lay low in once in awhile. For you, it's Pleasant Towers. A Johnson sitting nearby overheard your plight and suggested the address in exchange for what nuyen you had left, rental fee for the hole he's sent you to.

Sure, you have no idea who else lives in the building, but the promise of a reasonably out-of-the-way place to rest up and find something to eat without someone shoving the barrel of gun to your temple sounded good at the time.

Apartment 505, was it? You hope that it didn't invite anyone else in while you made your way up there. Right now, all you want this morning is a bowl of cereal and a few hours of sleep.

=== Play Description ====================================================
This was a mix of ideas that I was playing with in the editor, so apologies in advance if it seems a little disjointed. The editor just makes it so easy to play with a lot of things...and a little too dangerous when it comes to feature creep (just one more conversation...one more!).

It's a single player sandbox with an emphasis on decking, combat, and atmosphere, so if you like reading, there's a lot of that here.

It also includes multiple endings; dying doesn't dump you to the credits and completing the module will also give you one of several endings depending on one or two things you do - or don't do. It can be as short - or as long- an experience as you want it to be. Just come back with milk for your cereal, or nose around and see what might be found.

Not every "job" has only one solution, or buyer.

The most difficult 'quest' in the game requires a fairly experienced character with decking skills, but a newish character can still play around with one or two short tasks and go exploring; a few extras were left lying around to help them out but no guarantee on survival.

When the lobby computer says to stay behind the yellow line, it's serious. Of course, you're free to do whatever you want!

It's as tested as well as I could on my own, but if anyone finds anything odd, please let me know! I'll do my best to fix it. :)

Please check the readme.txt for any changes and thanks for taking a look!
