A significant part of the bugfixes present in this compilation were previously patched by Swalzi in his ambitious Gameplay Overhaul. (As this is a "purist" bugfix compilation, I've of course reimplemented Swalzi's fixes barring any of his gameplay alterations.) Needless to say, I am utmost thankful for Swalzi's indirect contributions.

The same goes for Banjo_Oz, for the many bugfixes in his Slap Patch.


Details

Hong Kong Bugfix Compilation is a collection of loose files, which during installation will overwrite the official game files.
To clarify, this solution means that these fixes are applied to and compatible with the Official Bonus Campaign as well as any User Generated Campaigns.


Besides the Bugfix package, there are three Optional Modules:

    • Enemy AP Patch, by Agris
        
        Enemies can now spend more than 1 AP on Attacks and Spells per RND. Before, they would not utilize their excess AP.
        HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
        
    • Dragonfall-esque Spells, by Banjo_Oz
            
        Armor Spells now use Spellcasting instead of Conjuring.
        Haste IV now always buffs AP by 2, has an increased AP cost of 3, and no longer requires 6 Quickness.
    
    • Unlocked Merchant Inventories, by Noqn
    
        Hub Merchants now have their full inventories available from the beginning of the campaign.
        With Gear already being money-gated and skill-gated, it is my opinion that it needn't be time-gated as well.
        NOT RECOMMENDED, as it does impact the Player's power-curve.



Installation

Download the Main .zip file, extract the contents to your Content Pack folder and overwrite all old files.

For GOG users, this would be:

For Steam users, this would be:

Do the same with the optional downloads you are interested in, just make sure to extract the Main .zip file first or you may not get the benefits of the optional packages.
