A few portraits I edited. Some have many variations, others less so. Male only so far.
Some portraits, like the heavily edited ork-portrait, has a lot of variations, because it just worked out that way, and it was fun to do "digital plastic surgery" on him.
Some of them have fairly subtle edits - like "backerpc_elfmale_timwinter_EDIT" or pc_elfmale_12a_EDIT" - but if you hold them up to the original, you'll see small but meaningful edits I've done to facial expressions, nose and lip-size, eye-positioning, etc.
I only play males, and I felt they needed more work than females anyway (a lot of female portraits look great as they are).
If I end up making more, I'll update this file. If there is interest from users, I could post the psd file for each portrait, so you can mix and match options and color variations as you please.
