It is cheat mod to give you an unfair advantage. Cyberware no longer lowers your essence/magic. Attribute ceiling is now 50. Karma can get you up to 19 and still leave room for cyberware bonus. Unless you use alternative means to level your character. Armor ceiling is now 20. Max Hit chance is now 100%
