Extract the contents of SK_FFXV.7z to where your SOTTR.exe is. (steam\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider)
Download this file, extract the .dds with WinRAR into: steam\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider\SK_Res\inject\textures (If the inject and textures files do not exist, you can create them yourself.
