Install the main file first (Lara Nude Mod) by dragging and dropping the .7z file onto the SOTTR Mod Manager.
Head to the campfire and equip Ch'Amaka's War Vest (Upper Body) and Ch'Amaka's Greaves (Lower Body) Outfit.
