A saved game right at the very beginning of the game with the party at the maximum level of level 99, with all stats at their corresponding maximum value of 999 (including Speed and Core), and all level-locked skills unlocked.

This is a saved game file that has set the party experience to the maximum possible value of 9.999.999, which raises all party members to the maximum level of 99 and raises all theirs stats to 999 (notably including Speed and Core). All skills that are locked behind certain character levels are also immediately available.
Absolutely nothing else has been done yet: Maya has not moved an inch, all conversation triggers are still untouched and the game timer is still at 0:00.
This saved game file was made and edited as soon as all prologue auto-dialogue was finished, so you would ideally start a New Game to catch that exposition, and then load this saved game file as soon as you get control over Maya.
Installation: Extract the "Start at level 99.zip" file and place the "Start at level 99.scg" file in your "\Septerra Core\savedata" folder.
This saved game file was created with game version 1.04, downloaded via Steam. It's probably compatible with all other installation programs (e.g. original disk and GOG download), though I don't know how using an older game version would affect it (if at all). It's probably a good idea to only use it with game version 1.04, though you can use it for older versions as well at your own risk.
