INSTALLATION

  • Install Mod Engine.
  • Create a mods folder in the game directory if it doesn't exist.
  • Choose your preferred version of the mod and download the file.
  • Extract the downloaded file to the new mods folder.
  • Run the game and enjoy.


Mode 1: Sekiro


Description

This is the one I use and recommend. Gives some quality of life advantages over vanilla; such as an increased number of held pellets and emblems, as well as reduced cost for several tools and combat arts; while keeping the original feel to some extent.

The logic I followed when changing skill costs is as follows: I removed the spirit emblem cost for those skills that depend on technique, as I see them as Wolf learning as he gets more skilled. An exception would be One Mind, as setting it to no emblem cost would make it too overpowered.

On the other hand, for those instances on which the skill may require magic/illusions or materials, I either kept the original cost or reduced it slightly in order to allow for a more varied playstyle.

The emblems have been set to increase by 1 for every prosthetic tool upgrade you get, in order to keep a feel of organic progression, thus the need for a new save for it to work as intended.

So you played the game so many times you can't even remember, and the only thing keeping you from going hollow is Sakura-Dancing with Genichan. But the emblems though...

Set all prosthetic tools cost to zero.

Sugar/Spiritfall Effects

  • Ako's Sugar/Spiritfall damage → from ×1.15 to ×1.5
