This is a heavy ReShade, going for that kind of 80's/retro/neon aesthetic. It's my first custom ReShade, so feel free to tweak it to your preference. :)
Installation: -Download the latest version of ReShade here -Install to your "sekiro.exe" location ("steam/steamapps/common/sekiro" or something similar) -Select Direct10 3D+ -It will then download the prerequisite effect files -You can leave all selected if you wish to tweak it, but the only truly necessary files are; AmbientLight.fx, CRT.fx, Bloom.fx, Clarity.fx, ColorMatrix.fx, Curves.fx, Deband.fx, DPX.fx, Technicolor2.fx and Vignette.fx -Now, move the my preset file into that same "sekiro.exe" directory -When you launch the game, press "Home" to open the ReShade menu -After the tutorial, select "Blood Dragon 1.2.ini" from the drop-down menu -Enjoy!
And for a true retro experience, I recommend using the Sekiro Fps Unlock And More tool to both limit the framerate(~30 FPS) and lower the game speed (~85%) Not to mention throwing on some good synthwave music and enjoying the experience. :)
