About this mod
The Flame Within mod for Sekiro adds a new area to the game: Hibana's Dream. To access this area, rest at the new sculptor's idol at the Dilapidated Temple. The current version of the mod has four complete encounters (two new bosses with two extra Nightmare modes) with unique and new interactions building on Sekiro's already existing mechanics.

Thank you for downloading The Flame Within (Ver. 1.0) mod for Sekiro.

To play, follow the instructions for Sekiro Mod Engine. (copy the Dream folder into your game directory and edit the modengine.ini file)
This mod for Sekiro adds a new area to the game: Hibana's Dream. To access this area, rest at the new sculptor's idol at the Dilapidated Temple.

The current version of the mod has four complete encounters (two new bosses with two extra Nightmare modes) with unique and new interactions building on Sekiro's already existing mechanics. Completing the bosses on Nightmare difficulty rewards you unique items you can use in combat.
Even though the boss encounters and mechanics are fleshed out and completed, Expect missing textures and small bugs. I wanted to release the completed parts of the mod, maybe later I will come back to it and develop it further. I envisioned a fully self-contained dungeon with a variety of new encounters plus a narrative for the full release.

(WARNING: The events, items and bosses of this mod are completely separate from the main game and do not affect any other part of the experience. (Except reward items that can be used outside the dream) The Dream is basically an added-on dungeon. however, keep a backup of your saves to ensure their integrity.)
