Note:
In light of patch 1.03's changes, this mod doesn't really feel necessary; I'm personally pretty happy with the new balance of the game and likely won't be updating this mod for the foreseeable future. Check out this other rebalance mod if you want something that takes a greater departure from the original scope of this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/235
I've updated the infinite tanto file to be compatible with 1.03, and for anyone who wants to make the edit themselves, the relevant field is:
EquipParamGoods -> row 3800 -> uncheck "isConsume".

Details:
- Ceremonial Tanto can now be infinitely, as long as you have the health for it.
- Reduced the cost of all combat arts by 1 spirit emblem, with the exception of Ashina Cross which is now free to use. Notably, spiral cloud passage now costs no emblems, which might be OP, but I couldn't in good conscience leave possibly the most hated art alone while buffing the rest.
- Reduced cost of all of the spiritfalls by 1. Given how short they last and the abundance of their sugar counterparts, they felt too expensive.
- All 3 ninjutsus now cost 5 emblems. At an even cost, I think they're all equally useful in different situations.
- All prosthetic upgrades now cost the same number of spirit emblems as their base counterpart. This initial disparity in cost kept many higher tier upgrades from feeling like upgrades at all, and I personally felt pretty baited by this my first playthrough.

Update:
Ceremonial Tanto changes and cost changes are now optionally available as individual downloads, as they don't necessarily
address the same needs.
