This was a test to see if I could get some external models working with physics, after many failures.

and trying it out on multiple cloaks like Gerhman's and replacing Gyoubu's I kept failing, and put off attempting this again for a while.
Today I decided to try this again, and I managed to get the Thrall Hood from DS3 working in a satisfactory manner.
Lady Butterfly's hair isn't named as *_cloth, so no renaming was necessary there.
