The toad sage of mount Miyoboku, Jiraiya was a Leaf shinobi. He was entitled as one of the three legendary Sannin of the Leaf. He was a student of third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen and mastered sage mode under Fukasaku.
Though it's just a cosmetics mod but it will surely make you feel like sage mode Jiraiya. And if you feel like to become Hokage also then don't forget to put on Hokage's robes as well :)
