XP Boost

Changes the gameparam.parambnd.dcx file parameters

The XP gained in the original game is adjusted for New Game and New Game plus up to New Game 7.  The mod changes the XP gained for each stage of New Game and New Game Plus. The original values are XP boost Level 0 for New Game. 1 to 7 are New Game Plus. 100 is New Game without Kuro Charm.  101 to 107 are New Game Plus without Kuro Charm.

Example:

Ashina Soldier (Katana) | Sekiro Shadows Die Twice Wiki (fextralife.com)

NG: 21 XP (26)
NG+: 315 XP (378)

The game has a different scaling parameters for New Game and New Game Plus with/out Kuro's Charm due to scaling enemy stats.  This mod adjust XP gained for each parameter.  The difference in XP gained for New Game and New Game Plus is significant.  Select the version of the XP Boost that fits the gameplay style you wish to play.  The example below is for the New Game XP version.  I recommend .25 or .5 of New Game Plus if you do not want to significantly effect the difficulty of the game.  New Game 1, 3 and 5 XP Boost are for those who want to get skills significantly faster and do not want to grind for XP while getting the Skills unlocked.  Pick the version based on how quickly you want to gain XP and how many skills you want to get in one playthrough.  With normal XP gains and regular play you can get over half the skills unlocked in New Game.  With excessive grinding you can unlock about 75% of skills.  Using the mods allows you to limit or avoid grinding.
