No voice so hard to understand. I explain.

He open SekiroSkeleton.blend file (download from Sample File in description). He import ninja model. He rotate ninja like Body mesh. He click "All Transforms" for apply the rotations. Important! He shift left click ninja then shift left click Body. He click Transfer Mesh Data (if you shift left click wrong order, Transfer Mesh Data fail).

He click ninja and add Armature modifier, then he select Skeleton. He delete Body. Optional step. He click Weight Paint mode and he look at the data from Transfer Mesh Data. It have correct data so he export and choose FBX option.

1st concept finish. Then he teach 2nd & 3rd concept.

He open .flver, he choose empty .flver. (If you want mask on Wolf face, open Wolf face .flver. If you want new sword, open sword .flver. Make sense?) He click Import Model and he choose ninja FBX. He click OK, no, no, no, OK, OK. Optional step! He click Mesh, then click R. Mesh. Only click if your mesh transparent like ninja.

Then he compare ninja in Blender and ninja in Flver Editor. They are mirror on x axis. (He does not fix, he show only.) He open Sekiro for testing model.

He use Yabber for .tpf. He open Photoshop, he import ninja albedo/diffuse texture, then he save as same as the texture inside the tpf folder. (You can use paint.net. Do same as Photoshop, but choose BC7 sRGB DX 11+.)

Then he do same step but open normal map texture, he save as linear. (For paint.net, choose BC7 Linear DX 11+.) He exit tpf folder then put folder on top of Yabber (repacking).

He open .flver, then click Material. Ignore! Do not click M[ARSN]. Now he click Edit and path the ninja texture. _a in Diffuse, _n in Bumpmap. Then he click modify to save. He close .flver then open to see texture. (You can press F key to refresh also.)

He use Yabber on dcx folder to repack. He test in-game. Done.

Only do "Saving a dds", "Tpf xml", "Pathing Textures", and "Repacking" chapters.

He have voice and explain basic concept for apply texture. Not like skymoon, ScrubMilk explain how to edit xml for texture with custom name. That mean override texture like skymoon is not need.

You. Are. A. Supreme. Ninja. God.

This is above and beyond, thank you so much. Already skimmed through the text and the vids, I'm gonna get the programs up and running pronto and start the learning process. You absolutely did not have to go to such extreme lengths to help some n00b get started with his amateur modding career. But I promise I won't let this opportunity go to waste.

One day I'm going to upload my own mod into the game. And I already have a couple of ideas. Damn, I'm so excited. And terrified 😐

Much love, thanks so much again!
