The tweaks provide a better visual and framerate level of comfort you can only see by playing the game.
To install unpack the 7z and place the pak file into [Path To Your Library]\Scorn\Content\Paks.
To uninstall remove the pak file from [Path To Your Library]\Scorn\Content\Paks.
No need for a long description nor a lot of pictures and videos as those are made to lull people with nowadays "placebo patches" that are becoming more and more common like the last one for Returnal. It's easy to install, test and decide for yourself.
To configure the framerate and UI scale open your "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Scorn\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini", add this text and modify to fit your values:
WARNING! Remove the underscore in Application_Scale! Nexus can't display it correctly otherwise for some reason, the proper spelling is without the underscore!
