About this mod
I modified the parameters of Unreal Engine 4 to improve the graphics to the maximum possible, very better than original max settings. I set the resolution and quality of many effects and parameters to the maximum allowed in Unreal Engine 4.25. I also notice an improvement in the framerate compared to the original settings without mods.

I recommend using it on a PC with at least 8 GB of VRAM

REPLACE engine.ini in appdata folder
INSTALLATION:
1- you need to download and extract the file (choose between the first and second files, only one). after extracting the file, copy the engine.ini file to this path %LOCALAPPDATA%\ScarletNexus\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor . Replace old engine.ini file
2- In game options activate all graphic settings to max, set Borderless Window option!!!
3 (optional) - I recommend also installing the reshade mod with my preset, because the original look of the game is too dark and saturated. to change the colors of the game (basically it's too saturated and not very bright) download my reshade mod. the screenshots were taken with the mod file "better graphic optimized" applied with my reshade.
INSTALL WITH MY RESHADE MOD --> Scarlet Nexus REALISTIC COLOR and CONTRAST reshade -> you can find the installation instructions on the mod page

-the internal resolution of the game has been set to a value higher than the set resolution (125% precisely), you can change this parameter " r.ScreenPercentage=125 " to improve performance or increase the internal resolution even more, 100=better performance, 150=better graphic
-it is also possible to notice an increase in resolution in all the small effects and details, I increased the resolution and distance of the shadows and lights, I activated the anisotropic filter at 16 and many other things. LOD improvedx10, light lod improved x10, shadow lod improved x10 and more..
