A patch that allows mods to be loaded by patching out the utoc signature check.

This is a simple mod, it's just a patch that disables the utoc signature check so that you can make your own pak/utoc and load mods.
To install, download the mod zip file, on Steam, right click the game and click on "browse local files", then enter the "ScarletNexus" folder, then the "Binaries" folder, and finally the "Win64" folder, so it should look something like this;
(Game install folder)\ScarletNexus\Binaries\Win64\
Now extract the contents of the mod zip in this folder alongside the game's exe and it should now look something like this:
What is included in the download:
dsound.dll - This is just Ultimate ASI Loader, which you can find in this URL
plugins\ScarletNexusUTOCSigBypass.asi - as the name suggests, this is the patch that will allow bypassing the utoc signature, which is loaded by Ultimate ASI Loader
You should now be able to load any mods you have made (note: the texture edit in this screenshot was made with UE 4.25 plus)
