Like starting a new game, but with everything unlocked.
start the game off with everything in the game unlocked to make progression on building your dream factory faster then ever before with a nice clean map.

Made a new save file by request. This time I used the save editor and essentially just unlocked everything, you're at a default starting point, all research tiers are complete, alternative recipes unlocked, all research is done all specials and awesome shop items are unlocked, whole map is discovered.
Install by extracting the save file to your game save location typically
C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames\XXXXX
