Keeps streetlights and other stuff from changing color as you take over the city.

I don't like how the color of the streetlights change from yellow to blue as you take over the city, it makes it feel calmer as opposed to lively (which was probably the intention), but I digress.
This mod keeps the streetlights and other stuff yellow/red to keep that lively feeling.
To install, simply drag the "mods" folder into your Saints Row IV directory, next to the .exe.
Notes:
-Available with and without the city glitching effect since the file that controls it is edited
-Both screenshots were taken on a 100% game save
