See screenshots and you'll find it as awesome reshade preset (and the only one) who has That effect, but, it have a "all blue" bug in the main menu, for real, peoples, so i didn't lied and said that all as is after all.
But i classified that "wrong" as nothing with that cool graphics of the "ingame world" and etc.
BUT you can have awful(not so awful as you can dreamed) bugs with main menu and in time when you in the "TAB" menu and etc. Like a all is very blue. Maybe whoone will fix it but me? Hm, too lazy 4 me, then use it as is.
P.S. You can change the weather of the simulation But all of skyes will be in the blue / pink coloroured. To turn this shit off you can press the / button (at top on the numpad) and turn off the "AdaptiveFog.fx" by clicking on it in the list, then press "/" again and go playing. That manipulation will also curse blue screen bug But it will also disable the major reshade part and need's to only who hate "very blue menu screens" . I warned you.
Install: just put all files in the archive yo your saints row folder who contains "Saints Row IV.exe".
And that ReShade is "unlocked" so, don't use it during online game. ONLY SINGLEPLAYER or at you own decicions. I Warned.
Or you can install reshade from official site and then install my preset... then install is easy as can be - all of files but dxgi.dll move to you're game root folder.
