About this mod
Summer is very hot this year. In Steelport it is even warmer than usual, which is why the city has turned into a desert city. Literally.

This mod changes over 400 textures of the city and mission locations. The blue water and sunny day aren't a part of this mod. If you wanna have them too check my other mod that adds new TODs here:

Installation
1. If your game is running close it
2. If you already have another ntp mod, remove it
3. Download and open ntp-sos.rar file with WinRar or 7Zip
4. Move ntp-sos.vpp_pc file to Saints Row IV\mods* folder
5. Launch the game
