install is:
1. Drag and drop files in archive...
2. ...To Saints Row IV main folder.
3. So launch the game and enjoy gameplay with a "Zoom" lightning.
5. Hope You're all like this.
P.S. I'm not an a dev so i can't mod evetything and i have not instruments to, so for this moment i can't do the "The Flash" yellow lightning or another speedster's lightning.
Only blue, my friends. ZooM is everywhere.
