This save game will skip the intro mission and the tutorial mission by pierce. The game will start just after completing Party Time mission, VERY EARLY GAME. You start with Penthouse unlocked, MAX upgrades and MAX respect with Harley Quinn char creation.
Thought I would upload since there's a lack of custom made characters on here for early game files...
Skips tedious starting missions, get a cool looking character off-rip without spending more time going through sliders, skips a lot of hours grinding.

I strayed a little from his sliders with some stuff especially tattoos and colors.
If you want to see some more cool sliders click the link he made a lot more sr3 sliders for different characters.
All guns and clothes have not been unlocked and bought.. may do an update on a later date if wanted
INSTALL
For Steam people use this location FOR INSTALLATION
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR STEAM ID (mine is 9 digit number folder)\978300\remote
and when you go in game make sure to go CAMPAIGN > LOAD GAME > you will see the save
this save was made on the steam version... so unable to know if it works for other versions.
I have seen people talk about putting sr3 save files deletes their previous saves so please back up before attempting to use!!!!!

- Player Health Increased to 100%
- You will not take any damage from bullets
- NO FALL DAMAGE
- Instant Reload Weapons
- Unlimited AMMO
- Nitro on ALL Vehicles
