All PhysX Particle for CM-Patch

The community patch 1.60 removes the sourrounding particles like stones, leaves etc. (All other environmental and spell fx PhysX particles are still present in the game.) This "Mod" reverts this change back to vanilla.Generic Mod Enabler recommended.
