Deep within the heart of Gielinor’s most ancient forests, where the canopy forms a cathedral of moss and vine, there resides Sylvenor, the Verdant Seer. An ancient and enigmatic being, Sylvenor is neither entirely mortal nor spirit—he is a living embodiment of the forest itself, a creature born from the very breath of the first trees to ever grow on Gielinor. His form is said to be woven from bark and leaves, his eyes the deep green of the untouched forest, and his voice the wind that rustles through the trees.
Sylvenor is both the protector and nurturer of the wilds, a caretaker who ensures that every branch, leaf, and root grows in harmony. In the deep silence of the forest, his essence flows through the trees, guiding them to reach for the sky and their roots to delve deeper into the earth. To commune with the Verdant Seer is to understand the rhythm of life itself—how each leaf, each vine, and each bough contributes to the greater balance of the world.
Though few mortals have ever truly seen him, Sylvenor’s presence is felt in every forest grove—in the way the trees seem to whisper to one another, in the rich soil that sustains all who live beneath the canopy, and in the way the very air carries the scent of fresh sap and damp earth. 🌐 MULTIPLAYER NOTICE:
Mods in Dragonwilds are host-authoritative, meaning:
- If the host has modded files or is running LUA mods, players who connect to their world will benefit from those mods.
- If the host is unmodded, then your client-side mods will not function properly and may not apply at all.
- Do not grief other players by trying to exploit mod behavior in unmodded games — that makes you a jerk, and nobody likes a jerk. Play nice.
COMPATIBILITY:
This mod includes a Compatibility File in the Miscellaneous section, listing all modified asset paths.
- If another mod changes the same assets, a conflict may occur.
- When conflicts happen, the mod whose files (.pak, .utoc, .ucas) load last alphabetically will apply.
- To resolve conflicts, rename mod files to adjust load priority.
- Lua-based mods that affect the same features may override this mod, as Lua scripts run after all IoStore content loads.
