🎯 Overview
Gorlan, the Stonefather, is a figure older than the first mountain peaks, a titan said to have been carved from the rock itself. Born from the deep heart of Gielinor, he has walked the earth since the first mineral veins threaded their way through the planet’s crust. Gorlan’s domain is the subterranean world, where his great hands shaped the world’s foundations, and his voice still echoes through deep caverns, waking the very earth to those who dare to mine it.
He is the guardian of riches hidden beneath the surface, the god of all who seek to uncover the earth’s treasures. Miners speak of him in hushed tones, recounting stories of those who have ventured into the deep places only to return with veins of pure ore and gems beyond imagining, all thanks to Gorlan’s unseen blessing. His favor is known to manifest in the deep, where every swing of the pickaxe is met with greater rewards, and every vein mined yields an abundance of riches—whether they seek coal or the rarest gems.
To invoke The Quarrymaster’s Boon is to call upon Gorlan’s ancient strength. Veins of ore stretch deeper, richer, and more plentiful, while gem finds become more frequent, ensuring that every strike is rewarded. Miners are said to feel his power resonate through their tools, as if the stone itself whispers secrets to them—guiding their efforts, ensuring that every swing brings forth treasure.
Gorlan’s blessing, however, is not without its trials. Those who seek to plunder too greedily are said to find their tools broken, their paths blocked by rockfalls, or their gems turned to dust. The Stonefather rewards patience and diligence, not mindless greed. It is said that only those who respect the earth and its treasures, honoring the deep by working with it rather than against it, will find the true bounty.
As ancient as the mountains themselves, Gorlan is not a god of words, but of action—his favor is felt not through prayers, but through the satisfying weight of a well-made pickaxe and the joy of finding what was once hidden beneath stone.

🌐 MULTIPLAYER NOTICE:
Mods in Dragonwilds are host-authoritative, meaning:
- If the host has modded files or is running LUA mods, players who connect to their world will benefit from those mods.
- If the host is unmodded, then your client-side mods will not function properly and may not apply at all.
