Recolours Ikaruga to Simeon from the game Obey Me!

This is a simple mod to recolour Ikaruga to Simeon from the game Obey Me!
Included changes: changed skintone, eye colour, hair colour, default outfit, marvelous swimsuit, regular swimsuit, yukata, wedding attire. Note: Simeon's skin colour is inconsistent in the Obey Me! artwork so I made a blend of several different artworks for this mod.
The hair, eyes, and skintone+outfits are separate files you can mix and match. The skintone has been changed so I bundled the new face texture with all of the outfit textures to be sure everything matches.
The hair mod requires Hair Color Framework mod installed separately.
All mods should be installed in:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma\Game\Content\Paks\~mods
