This is an updated version of zonde306's mod "RF4 Chara Unlock".
Unlocks RF4 characters without needing a save file from RF4.
If the characters do not unlock on save load, try sleeping. You should receive the prompt telling you they will visit.
Install
Uninstall
Remove the .dll file.

- Install BepInEx BE version 647 or later (IL2CPP_x64) or install other base mod BepInEx already included (like original RF5Fix v0.1.5 mod or my updated RF5Fix v0.2.0 mod)
- Extract the contents of downloaded zip into <GameDirectory>\BepInEx\plugins
