I mean this as sincerely as possible, these edits are gorgeous. I love that you didn't just hack off the soda tab, you edited the chest plate and recoloured the belt to match it. The colours are so harmonic and nice in these edits. I cannot play without these mods anymore, honestly. Thank you for making them!
That is so sweet thank you! I'm glad others find the color combinations pleasing. I didn't really like any of the original alternate color combinations. There was always at least one thing that felt off about the colors to me, so I decided to make the sprite colors more pleasing to me while I was there removing the chain.
Hi, love this mod. Just wanted to say that the files for the Midnight Wings portraits are named "00_PLAYER_W_body_00_midnight.texture"/"00_PLAYER_W_body_01_sp1_midnight.texture" instead of "00_PLAYER_W_body_00.texture"/"00_PLAYER_W_body_01_sp1.texture" so they won't work in game if you just drag and drop the files. Not a big deal as users can just edit the name, but thought I should let you know
Thank you! I originally was considering doing a different organization scheme that would have required people to rename stuff. I thought it would be a little more work than I wanted people to do, so I changed to folders with the different colors and failed to change the name of the midnight wings portraits back to what they should be. Anyways, I uploaded a fix that means no one has to rename things.
Thanks for inspiring me to pick up my abandoned mod from almost a year ago, lol! I'm redoing my "Brunette Frey" mod, would it be all right if I used your edit of Lest's chestpeice? I've changed it a bit, but I want to credit you for doing the initial work.
Ooh, good luck with recoloring the hair! I hope it goes worlds better than my last attempt. Feel free to use the edited chest plate. (Most of the work with that piece was really just copying and pasting from the Lest model anyways.)

This is fantastic. I love it! The next time I get back into this game, I'm going to use this. ? I wonder how much work it would be to add a hair recolor or two.. last I recall though there are sooooo many expression textures that are attached to the bangs. ?
Thank you! Hair and eye color edits would unfortunately be a lot of work since they both require editing the facial expressions. Also, I have yet to be able to edit a facial expression without leaving a 1 pixel border around the facial expression image. (And that looks bad. We don't want that.) As such, we can't expect any hair color edits or eye color edits from me for this game.
I recall having that same issue, which is why I tossed in the towel. I think what happened is it was picking up on semi-translucent pixels, showing up as a white line in game. I managed to fix that issue while modding textures into a different game, so maybe one day I'll revisit rf4 knowing what I do now. It's still so tedious though, haha.
