Hello agents, welcome to the Dread Cannon mod! This mod adds Samus' arm cannon from Metroid Dread as an equippable weapon!
The Dread Cannon mod revamps the older Metroid Cannon mod and adds a ton of new features. First, the model has swapped from the arm cannon from Metroid Prime to the cannon from Dread, which is much higher fidelity. I rigged the model to animate in Unreal, so there are some epic animations now!
Secondly, This mod works with IMC (Individual Mod Controls), so click the Y or B button (depending on the hand you grabbed the cannon with) to swap fire modes! There's currently three seperate weapon mode available:
1. Standard mode, shoots Energy Rifle bullets in single fire (with weapon sounds from Dread!)
2. Missile mode, tap the Y or B button to swap to it and fire missiles! They explode on impact! (also with Dread's missile sounds!)
3. Auto-fire mode! Hold down the Y or B button to swap to it! This mode fires Odin's laser bullets automatically, so hold down that trigger for massive damage!
Eventually I would like to add other modes too, once I learn how (charge beam, for instance).
The old Metroid Cannon mod is still available in this mod's file archive if you want to try out the old one!
Make sure to the grab the Smooth Locomotion Mod to enter slow mo and watch your Rockets fly!

1. Regular Power Beam bolts
2. Rockets
3. Split Beam!
