THIS MOD WILL AFFECT ALL SKINS THAT USE THE DEFAULT CHARACTER MODEL

To install:

  • - Unzip the .zip folder and look for the included .pak files
  •  Right Click the game on The Steam Library > Manage > [Browse Local Files]
That should take you to the game's location, next navigate to this folder:
[\Rivals 2\Rivals2\Content\Paks\Mods] 

  • place the .pak files into the [Mods] Folder

(if you do not see a Mods folder then create one)

That's it, you can now start the game.
