HOW TO INSTALL
Download and install Java Environment
Download Resorep mod tool and extract and then copy this three file dx11proxy32.dll, dx11proxy64.dll & resorep.exe and paste to your game (ROTTR) installed directory where the .exe is.
Hook Rottr.exe in Resorep.jar (64bits)
Extract Tank Top Outfits Pack Mod (ROTTR) and then select mods that you want and put them into C:\Users\Username\Documents\Resorep\modded
Turn of Dx12
Set Texture Quality high or Ultra(This mod not work if texture aren't set to High or ultra).
Run the Game, Go to Campfire, Select DESERT TANK OUTFIT.
